Little ONS's Program
Ages: 5–8 | 2 sessions per week (1h tennis each)

The Little Ons’s Program is where every champion’s story begins. Children are introduced to tennis through play, imagination, physical literacy and shared family fun.

Each week includes one child-only session to build independence, and one parent-child session to strengthen confidence and connection.

By involving parents in the learning process, we create a supportive, joyful environment where children feel safe, motivated, and proud to share their progress - turning every lesson into a memorable family tennis moment.

Program Cost (Tennis): AED 3,360 per term
Rising ONS Program
Ages: 6–8 | 2 sessions per week (1h tennis each)

The Rising Ons Program helps young players turn enthusiasm into skill. At this stage, players are introduced to tennis through enjoyable and creative activities that build basic coordination, balance, and agility.

The emphasis is on having fun, developing a passion for sport, and forming early movement skills that serve as the foundation for future learning.

The goal is to create a positive, engaging environment where young players learn to control the ball through game-like situations, allowing them to begin playing the game at an early age rather than focusing solely on strokes mechanics.

Future ONS Program
Ages: 9–10 | 3 sessions per week (1h tennis + 30min fitness)

The Future Ons Program is a bridge from learning to playing. At this stage, players begin to deepen their understanding of tennis by learning through play. The emphasis is on developing the foundations of the game - rallying, moving, and thinking on court - rather than focusing solely on technical stroke mechanics. Through carefully designed games and progressive court sizes, players learn to adapt, make decisions, and solve problems in real tennis situations. This approach helps shape technique naturally through movement and tactical awareness.

At this stage, players begin more structured training designed to reinforce proper technique, develop reliable fundamental strokes, and build coordinated movement. The focus is on mastering all aspects of ball control - direction, height, depth, and spin - through dynamic, game-based activities rather than static or repetitive drills.

Training is tailored to each athlete’s developmental phase - physical, mental, and emotional - ensuring that their growth, maturity, and individual needs guide the process. This approach provides a positive, age-appropriate pathway that supports long-term success. This program includes both tennis and fitness sessions to build power, endurance, and match-ready performance.
